Hi, I'm Megan Lynn Davis.

 

After building a solo six-figure Executive Household Management operation, I began writing guides to share my expertise with other cleaning professionals.

One thing became increasingly obvious throughout my career: there seems to be no true standard within the residential cleaning industry. There are no universally accepted operating procedures, no consistent pricing standards, and very little comprehensive education for those trying to build a successful business.

Instead, I watched thousands of cleaning professionals turn to online groups looking for answers, only to receive dozens of conflicting opinions — many based on personal preference rather than expertise. There were very few books to recommend, very few trusted educational resources, and very little real-world guidance from professionals who had actually built successful businesses. In fact, those who have built high-profit businesses often lean toward expensive coaching programs rather than resources or guides.

I created this Business Center to help bridge that gap.

My goal isn't to tell you there's only one right way to clean or run a business. It's to provide thoughtful, experience-based guidance, practical systems, and detailed resources that help you make informed decisions instead of relying on guesswork. I want this to become a place where cleaning professionals can find the kind of education and resources that's been missing from our industry for far too long.
